Data Processing Terms — summary

When your company uses the Aquila Dimensions CRM, your company is the personal information controller for the data it puts in about its own clients, and Aquila Softwares Corporation is the personal information processor. We process that data only on your instructions and only to provide the CRM. We keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate security, use only trusted service providers (such as DigitalOcean for hosting and an email delivery provider for the reminder emails we send on your behalf), tell you without undue delay about any data breach that affects it, in time for you to meet the National Privacy Commission's 72-hour deadline, help you respond to requests from your clients, and let you export it to CSV. Your company must have a lawful basis for the data and must tell its clients how it is used. The Data Processing Terms are part of our Terms of Service, so there is no separate document to sign.
