How do I pay for my subscription?
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that you're billed in Philippine pesos through aq-pay: ₱625 a month for Solo or ₱2,500 a month for Team, paid on the aq-pay checkout page. When the trial ends, your workspace locks until you pay for your first month. Nothing is auto-charged.
What happens when my month ends? Can I cancel?
Plans are prepaid one month at a time, with no contract, and nothing is auto-charged. Each successful payment activates one month. If it's not for you, just don't renew: your workspace locks at the end of the paid month, and you can pay again to unlock it.
Do my clients pay me through Aquila?
No. Your clients pay you directly. Aquila prints your bank, GCash and Maya details and your QR Ph code on every invoice, and you record the payment when it arrives.
Is it BIR-accredited? Does it file my taxes?
No. Aquila lets you number invoices and receipts in your own series and keeps withholding records in one report. It isn't BIR-accredited and doesn't file returns. Ask your accountant how your series should be used.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are final; we're not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Only the number of users. Both get the full product. Solo is 1 user. Team is a flat ₱2,500 for up to 5 users. To move from Solo to Team, choose Team when you pay for your next month; it's the same workspace, so your data stays.
Can I try it before I pay?

Can I get my data out?
